Dr. Phyto is developed by Domaniai LLC on our behalf.

Dr. Phyto is an AI assistant that identifies plant diseases and pests and suggests treatment plans. It is a decision-support tool — a knowledgeable assistant, not a substitute for professional agronomic, phytosanitary, veterinary or legal advice.

Dr. Phyto's diagnoses and recommendations are AI-generated and may be incomplete or wrong. Always cross-check any treatment against locally approved products and the instructions on the product label, and follow all applicable safety and legal requirements. We do not warrant any particular outcome for your plant, and you act on the advice at your own discretion.

For any chemical or biological treatment, the product label and your local regulations always take precedence over Dr. Phyto. Observe approved uses, dosages, protective equipment, pollinator protection and pre-harvest intervals. Where Dr. Phyto flags an organism that is legally notifiable under EU plant-health law, contact your national plant-health authority — Dr. Phyto's guidance does not replace that legal duty.

Your first diagnosis is free. Paid plans unlock more diagnoses per month, the full treatment calendar and reminders:

• Garden — €9.90/month or €99/year — 10 diagnoses per month.
• Professional — €49/month or €490/year — 50 diagnoses per month.
• Enterprise — custom pricing for authorities, cities and large agriculture.

A “diagnosis” means one diagnostic session, counted once on its first turn; continuing the conversation within that session is free. Prices include any applicable taxes and are shown at checkout. Annual billing saves two months.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments for a started period are non-refundable.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because Dr. Phyto is a digital service supplied immediately, by starting to use a paid feature you expressly request that we begin performance at once and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. To withdraw before then, email [email protected].

Please use Dr. Phyto fairly. You may not scrape it, query it in an automated or bulk fashion, resell or redistribute its output as a competing service, reverse-engineer it, circumvent rate limits, or upload unlawful content or photos that identify other people. We may rate-limit, suspend or block use that we reasonably consider abusive.

The service, its knowledge base, content and branding are owned by M.K. Green Planet Gardening and Landscaping Ltd and/or Domaniai LLC and are protected by intellectual-property law. Photos you upload remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide your diagnosis and care plan.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of plants, crops or yield, arising from your use of the service or from acting on its AI-generated suggestions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any mandatory statutory consumer rights you have.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and features may be updated or change as we continue to improve the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms; we will highlight material changes on the site.
